Dankert Monrad-Krohn
Born in 1959. He has been the Director of Kristiansand International Children’s Film Festival in Norway since the beginning in 1998. He also works for Kristiansand Cinema as a children’s film consultant, organising school screenings, film workshops and teacher’s training programmes. Danckert Monrad-Krohn has a special interest in animation films and for more than 20 years hosted animation workshops all over Scandinavia. Danckert Monrad-Krohn is also a member of the Guarantee Committee Fund, which financially supports import of children’s films into Norway. In 2003 he worked as a children’s film consultant for the Norwegian Cinema and Film Foundation. 1999-2004 a member of the Educational Screen Committee under the Ministry of Education and Research in Norway.
